Custom Printed Non-Woven Bags — Laminated & Unlaminated
Non-woven bags are the lightest way to put your logo in a customer's hands: low cost per unit, fast production and high print coverage. We make both unlaminated (matte fabric feel) and laminated (glossy, wipe-clean) versions.
Also made: cotton, PP woven, RPET, PVC, drawstring and jute bags.
What we can make
- Fabric: 60, 80, 90, 100 or 120 gsm non-woven PP
- Finish: unlaminated (matte) or laminated (glossy, water resistant)
- Handles: ultrasonic welded, sewn or die-cut, short or long
- Sizes: standard 30×40 cm and 35×45 cm, or custom dimensions
- Bottom: flat or with gusset (3K / 4K / 5K styles)
- Extras: drawstring closure, inside pocket, press stud, reinforced stitching
Printing options
- Screen printing up to 4-6 colours
- Heat transfer for photographic artwork
- Offset lamination print (full-colour film laminated to the fabric)
- Woven label, patch or hangtag
In-house sampling: we make the sample ourselves before the bulk run, so you approve the real thing.
