Who we are

QIYOU is the brand of Wenzhou Qiyou Trading Co., Ltd., a company registered in Cangnan County, Wenzhou, Zhejiang. We sell one thing: custom printed merchandise — bags first, then notebooks, acrylic, badges, playing cards and gift boxes — made to a buyer's artwork, in quantities that start at 50 pieces.

The lines are split on purpose. Bags run at our family's own plant in Longgang, Wenzhou, which is why we can hold tight control over fabric, printing and stitching on the product most buyers start with. The other categories run on production partners we have worked with for years. Sampling, quality inspection, export documentation and invoicing are ours in every case: one contract, one invoice, one person answering.

How an order runs

1. Send your specificationProduct, material and weight (for bags, the fabric and its GSM), size as width × height × gusset, printing method and number of colours, quantity, and destination country. Anything still open we propose and confirm with you.
2. Get a quotationWe price material, tooling, sampling and freight in one reply, and the quote holds for 7 days.
3. Approve a physical sampleThe sample is made in 3–5 working days and usually reaches you in 7–14 days by express. You approve the real thing, not a rendering. The USD 28 sample fee is deducted from the bulk order.
4. Confirm the order and pay the depositA proforma invoice goes out with the order confirmation; 30% deposit starts production.
5. Production and inspectionBulk runs about 15 working days from artwork approval and deposit. We inspect before shipment and send photos of the packed cartons.
6. Balance and documents70% is settled against a copy of the bill of lading. Invoice, packing list and B/L travel with the goods; certificate of origin on request.

We would rather you check than trust a paragraph. Three things can be checked independently:

• The business registration. Unified social credit code 91330327MAKL9TN66B, under the legal name Wenzhou Qiyou Trading Co., Ltd. It should match the name and code on the proforma invoice.
• The customs registration. 3303967AZW, registered as consignor/consignee of import and export goods and as a cross-border e-commerce enterprise — this is what lets us issue export documents in our own name rather than shipping through a third party.

What we do not publish is equally deliberate: no certification logos we do not hold, no capacity figures we have not verified, no customer names without permission.
